扬州大学庞欢教授课题组用一步法在比较温和的条件下成功合成了镍钴磷酸盐纳米超薄片,该成果发表于“先进功能材料”。他们探究了不同镍钴比、溶剂量、表面活性剂、反应温度和反应时间等因素对材料的影响,并且发现在镍钴比为4:5时能够得到均一的、厚度约为5 nm的超薄纳米片。他们分别制备了液态和全固态柔性电化学储能设备,这些设备展示出较高的比电容,优异的循环稳定性和高能量密度。
