基于洁净表面的超灵敏二硫化钼湿度传感器
中科院物理所的赵静博士在张广宇研究员的指导下利用具有超洁净表面的二硫化钼场效应晶体管作为传感器件,发现随着相对湿度从0变化到35%,器件的迁移率和电流开/关比线性减小,其灵敏度可达104以上。此外,在柔性衬底上的器件阵列也显示出稳定、可重复的性能,在未来的无接触界面定位应用中具有巨大的应用潜力。
