中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院固体物理研究所徐文课题组应用太赫兹时域光谱技术,对Si/SiO2衬底上单层MoS2的太赫兹磁光特性进行了研究。获得了不同磁场(0-8 T)下单层MoS2样品的纵向磁光电导率及样品的关键物理参数(如电子浓度、弛豫时间、局域化因子等)随磁场的变化。结果表明,磁场的存在会显著削弱样品中由于光致电子背散射引起的电子局域化效应。
