香港浸会大学环境与生物分析国家重点实验室蔡宗苇课题组近日于Small Structures上发表的研究成果(DOI: 10.1002/sstr.202000123)表明,1-NP可以通过攻击超氧化物歧化酶1(SOD1)的Cys111位点产生亚磺酸化,进而抑制SOD活性并导致活性氧物質(ROS)增加。因此,提出了1-NP诱导细胞毒性和ROS生成的新机制。
