纳米结构材料因其结构和功能的可调控性及广泛应用,业已成为化学和材料科学界飞速发展的一个领域。近年来,相关出版刊物不断增加,文章引用量大幅提高,研究范围持续扩大,研究者的人数也越来越多。因纳米结构材料的研究,催化领域如同进入“文艺复兴”时代,达到了一个新的高度,这很大程度上得益于结构分析方法的进步。近年来围绕纳米结构材料在各种催化应用方面的研究不断涌现,对该方向的最新研究进展进行总结已时机成熟。为此,Small Methods编辑了此次专刊,对纳米材料催化应用的最新研究成果进行介绍。
本专刊得到了来自21个研究团队的支持,他们的研究涉及多方位纳米结构材料的设计、合成及对催化应用的表征,其中包括4篇综述、9篇通讯和8篇全文。4篇综述概述了纳米结构催化材料的新型合成路径和功能化方法、先进光谱分析表征及催化应用。9篇通讯和8篇全文则报道了多种结构、形貌和组成的材料的制备,及其在热、电、光催化等领域中的最新成果。
我们希望本专刊可以在纳米结构材料的新进展和催化应用方面,为读者提供一些具有代表性和启发性的观点。由于纳米结构催化领域的持续快速发展,本专刊不可能涵盖该领域的各个方面,尤其是没有参与专刊筹备的研究团队的最新成果。毫无疑问,在化学家、材料科学家和工程师的共同努力下,用于催化的纳米结构材料的研究领域将进一步扩大。我们衷心希望读者对此次专刊的主题感到满意,从中发现新的灵感,进一步推动该领域向前发展。
