PSS(Physica Status Solidi)期刊优秀文章合集

2011年,Physica Status Solidi (PSS)期刊将迎来其创刊第50周年,我们也将推出一系列的庆祝活动。其中之一就是下面所介绍的近期所出版的2010年PSS期刊的优秀文章合集。

鉴于PSS期刊所发表的内容涵盖范围之广,从中挑选最具代表性的文章是一件比较艰巨的任务。最终我们从目前比较活跃的研究领域中挑选出了18篇不同类型的文章(Rapid Research Letters, Feature Articles, Original Papers and an Expert Opinion commentary)。它们涵盖了光电效应、固体发光、光子学、锂离子电池、固体及界面的结构和电子特性、先进半导体、以及铁性或超导氧化物及器件等领域。正如诺贝尔奖获得者Kostya Novoselov在他为PSS所撰写的文章中所指出的,石墨烯及相关的碳材料体系正在我们的读者越来越多的重视。
